The Missing Witness is the fifth book in the Quinn and Costa series.  This one finds Kara back in LA to testify against the person responsible for her having to leave in the first place. When he is murdered in broad daylight, one of the witnesses goes missing.  Matt and Kara have to figure out what is going on.

Let me first warn you...Do NOT read this book first.  It will spoil things for the first four books in the series. There is a major reveal in this one. That being said, I really enjoyed this one and have enjoyed this whole series.  There are so many twists and turns and moving parts.  I have enjoyed watching Kara grow over this series.  Not only as a person, but in her relationship with Matt.  I loved the ending!  I'm not sure if this is the end to the series, or if Matt and Kara will be back.  I really hope they will!
