His Wicked Ways is the 5th book in The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside series.  This one is Blaine Wicked's story.  Visiting with the Wickeds is always like coming home.  I love this family and their bond.  He meets Reese at a bachelor party.  He immediately notices she is like a fish out of water.  He only wants to help her and walk away, but instead, he can't get her out of his mind.  Reese is used to doing everything for herself. She has a hard time letting others help her.  Now that she has to take care of her sister, she is finding it harder to say no.

I really enjoyed this one.  I loved Reese and Blaine together.  Their attraction was intense and while I loved that, what I liked even more was their friendship.  I felt like they were able to foster that along with their physical attraction.  I devoured their book and loved watching Blaine's walls slowly break down.  I really loved what Reese did for him in the end.  Along with the romance, we are treated to a great friendship that develops between Blaine and Colette, Reese's sister.  It was fun and adorable.  As always, I highly recommend this one.  It can be read as a stand alone, so pick it up!

My thoughts:

Wild Island Love is the 5th book in the Steeles at Silver Island series.  One of the things I love about these books is that you can totally read any of them as stand alones without being lost.  I always feel like family when I pick up one of Melissa's books.  This one is Leni and Duncan's story.  I loved reading their fall into love.   Duncan was such a nudge but in a god way and slowly wormed his way into Leni's heart.  I'm having a hard time choosing what I loved most, Their chemistry or their banter.  Both where so natural and intense, you can't help rooting for them to stay together.  The scene in the haunted field was really sweet and I loved the surprise at the wedding.  I highly recommend this one. Oh, and I need Sutton's story ASAP!

 Maybe We Won't is the third book in the Silver Harbor series.  This one involves the third and final de Messieres sister, Deidra.  It's a really touching opposites attract romance.  It was also the perfect way to wrap up this trio.  Deirdra is on a work hiatus and trying to figure out what to do with her life.  Jagger is enamored with her and is determined to figure out what makes her tick.

I loved Jagger and his spirit.  He was the perfect match for Deirdra, even though she fought it.  I adored how he showed her how to let go and live a little.  She really needed someone like him in her life.  Her story, of course, is heartbreaking and has caused her a lot of baggage.  The drive to always be perfect and not belike here mother looked exhausting.  I was rooting for her to finally deal with it all and move on with the happiness she was really craving.  I loved the compromise in the end.  It was perfect for both of them.  As always, I highly recommend this one as well as the series.  I can't wait to see what comes next.

My thoughts:

Crazy Wicked Love is the third book in The Wickeds: The Dark Knights at Bayside series.  This one is Gunner and Sidney's story.  I am running out of ways to say how much I love these books.  I read this one in one sitting.  I absolutely could not put it down.  I love friends to lovers stories.  And these two were destined to be lovers.  I loved watching Gunner finally realize that Sidney was it for him.  I did want to strangle him at times.  He was a little slow on the uptake. I thought the way she got him to really see her was perfect.  When they finally got together, I was surprised my kindle didn't catch on fire.  That scene was so hot!  The ending was perfection.  As with all of these books, it works very well as a stand alone.  Definitely pick this one up!

My thoughts:

Caught by Love is the third book in The Steeles at Silver Island series.   As with all of this author's books, it can definitely be read as a stand alone book.   This one is Archer and Indi's story.  These two are one of my favorite couples.  They are also the most frustrating.  Clearly, these two are meant for each other and their "hook-ups" mean more than they let on.  I was rooting for them and wanted to strangle them at the same time.  They had great chemistry.  More than that though, I loved how they supported each other.  Archer goes through so much more healing in this book than he did back in Tempted by Love.  And the scene where Archer meets Indi's family was priceless.  I highly recommend this one!

My Thoughts:

Maybe We Should is the second book in the Silver Harbor series.  This one is Cait and Brant's story.  While I loved the first book, I loved this one even more.  Brant has been added to and moved up near the top of my book boyfriend list.  I just loved how he broke down Cait's barriers and proved to her she deserved everything she wanted in life.  Brant and Cait were wonderful together.  I loved their banter and their fall into love.  One of the best parts of the story was Ava's letter to Cait.  What an emotional scene!    I love this series and can't wait for Deirdre's book next!

My Thoughts:

One of the things I love about investing in a series is waiting for a certain character to get his or her own story and having it exceed all of my expectations.  Running on Diesel is Diesel and Tracey's story.  Over several book in this series, we have watched these two dance around each other. Finally, we get their story.  The chemistry between these two is amazingly hot and I loved every minute of it.  There are a bunch of surprises and twists  involving both Diesel and Tracey separately.  So I highly recommend reading the book to find out what they are.  These books always feel like I'm going to home and visiting old friends and family.  Make sure to check it out!

My thoughts:

Sweet Sexy Heart is Dash and Amber's story.  I have really been looking forward to this one since reading the epilogue in Hot for Love.  I absolutely loved this story. I always say that I am adding a new name to my book boyfriend list.  If my favorite authors keep writing characters like Dash, I am going to just have to eventually fill an entire book. Dash was adorable in his pursuit of Amber. He was all in from day one and it was great.  These two had amazing chemistry as well. I also adored Amber.  Her enthusiasm for books was really fun.  I always love a good bookworm!  I'm not going to spoil their story.  Except to say the scene before the epilogue was so wonderful.  These books can be read as stand alones, so pick it up!  I highly recommend this one.
