Liar's Beach is a YA msytery that is a twist on an Agatha Christie book. It involves Michael and Holiday as they try to figure out what happened to one of his prep school friends that Michael is staying with for the summer.
This one was just kind of OK for me. It was kind of slow. One thing I try to find in any book, but in YA in particular, is someone to root for. None of the kids in this book were someone I was rooting for that included Michael. Maybe Holiday at times was OK, but, for the most part, they all were extremely unlikable. The msytery was not easy to solve and so it had that going for it. The ending left it open for a sequel. Not sure if I will read the next one. Maybe just for Holiday.
